In December, Motorola was answering all the queries regarding launch of their much awaited smartphone Moto G in India with same answer : " Moto G will be launched in early January".
But now when January's first week is already going to end,Motorola has changed their tune and are saying : "Moto G will be launched in late January".
If you go to Motorola's Facebook page,you can see the queries of Indians regarding the launch of Moto G. There is no fixed final release date set for India till yet.
The speculations are that Moto G will be released in both single-sim and dual-sim versions in India. The cheapest price of Moto G can be anywhere above Rs 14000.
Made by Motorola and Google,the Moto G has an stunning 4.5 inch 720p HD TFT display and Quad-core 1.2GHz processor with 450MHz graphics processor.It also features a 5MP rear camera, plus front facing camera.
Due to Google's presence in this venture, Moto G is sure to get all the latest Android OS updates for a minimum of 15 months. And, those updates will come to the Moto G a lot quicker (right after the Nexus range) compared to other budget Android smartphones.
I am also waiting for its release in India. From the day Motorola Moto G got listed on Amazon, I am waiting for it to get listed on Indian sites like Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal .
I could have bought it from Amazon US but their Product Details states that Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S. and I don't trust sites which provide US address and then ships the product to us.
Let's hope we get it in India before January's end.
